Comfortable lodging with an excellent location, just a short walk from many restaurants and shops. The breakfast options, including fresh fruit and coffee, were refreshing. On the downside, some facilities could use a bit of maintenance, and noise from the street sometimes interrupted the peace. While the coffee was available throughout the day, it required asking the staff for a refill at times.

I stayed in a Budget Single Room for 4 nights as a solo traveler and loved it! The room was clean and spacious. The hot showers were a treat after a day out. I appreciated that tea and coffee were available all day, and the breakfast was excellent-definitely a good way to start the day. But I did notice the walls were thin, so street noise sometimes crept in. Though, it was a solid choice.

The breakfast options are plentiful and delicious, with a good variety of fresh fruits and warm dishes that set a pleasant tone for the day.
Unfortunately, my experience was marred by noise levels that often disrupted my peace. Even though my room was facing the covered courtyard, I could hear conversations and activity echoing during the evenings were nice. The overall layout of the hotel felt rather stuffy, and it was often hard to catch a breath of fresh air, which only added to my discomfort .

The staff were super friendly and even gave us recommendations for spots like the Belgian brewery. Our spacious room had a lovely balcony, and it's just a quick stroll to the beautiful cathedral and local shops.
Unfortunately, the in-house restaurant was very popular, so we couldn't always find a spot when we wanted to eat on-site.

amazing place but a bit noisy
The charming decor throughout the hotel made for a good atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the view of the mountains which added to the relaxing experience. Breakfast was a highlight, with fresh fruit and warm bread that satisfied my morning cravings.
The noise from the nearby street sometimes disrupted the peaceful ambiance I sought.

The old Spanish-style building was charming. The food served at the hotel's restaurant was delicious and the staff was friendly. I particularly loved the personalized customer service provided by the female desk attendant. The location was perfect for exploring the old town on foot. Despite a minor issue with mold in our first room, the hotel quickly resolved the problem by moving us to a different room. The attached restaurant was excellent. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful hotel in Cuenca.
